All Bonded Sisters products, including permanent jewelry, non permanent jewelry, and merch, are custom and made to order. Because of this, all sales are final and non refundable.

We offer free re-welds and repairs on all Bonded Sisters permanent jewelry, and free repairs on all non permanent jewelry. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs for repair services.

Bonded Sisters is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry. If you need a repair or have any questions, please reach out, we’re always happy to help.
