Shipping policy
All Bonded Sisters items are shipped via Canada Post or, for international orders, through a Canadian brokerage / USPS (via Chit Chats) in a sturdy box or envelope to help ensure the safety of your purchase.
Shipping Rates
We ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. If you are in another country and would like to make a purchase, please contact us at bondedsisters@outlook.com, and we can arrange a custom shipment for your location.
Tracking Options

Canada: Standard flat rate shipping does not include tracking. If you would like a tracking number, please contact us — the additional cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

United States: All US shipments include a tracking number. Our products are CUSMA certified, which should help avoid additional duties or tariffs.
Processing Time
We aim to ship all Jewelry orders within 5 business days of purchase and 10 business days for Merch.

Customs and Import Taxes
When shipping internationally, the buyer is responsible for any customs, import taxes, or duties that may apply. Bonded Sisters is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, and we cannot guarantee the condition of packaging if it is opened during inspection.
